BIOGRAPHY

Richard Glover is a documentary photographer based in London and Sydney. His work explores aspects of architecture and the built environment. Most of the projects presented on this site were self-assigned for exhibition and publication, some were major commissions spanning several years - see Projects 2000: Tate Transformation.

Following study of design and photography at Sydney College of the Arts and KvB Graphic Design School, Richard completed a Master of Fine Arts Degree at the College of Fine Arts, University of New South Wales.

His work has been exhibited at or is held in the collections of the Architectural Association, Barbican Centre, Association of Photographers Gallery, Royal Institute of British Architects Gallery, The Royal Mint, Tate Britain, Tate Modern, Art Gallery of New South Wales and ArtBank Australia.

Richard has lectured and tutored at colleges and institutions in the UK and Australia including: Photofusion, Blackpool & Fylde College, Salisbury College, Southampton University, Stockport College, University of Westminster, Royal Institute of British Architects, Australian Centre for Photography and the University of Technology Sydney.

His work appears regularly in the world-wide architecture and design press including: Architecture Australia, Architectural Review, Architectural Digest, Art & Design, Blueprint, Conran Octopus, Domus, Interior Design, Interni, Monument and Phaidon Press.
